1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Distrletif's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Distrletif provides holiday organization services throughout the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:

  • Custom itinerary planning
  • Accommodation booking services
  • Guided tour arrangements
  • Transportation coordination

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Distrletif. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before travel date
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 45+ days before travel: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Cancellations 30-44 days: 75% refund
  • Cancellations 15-29 days: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 15 days: No refund

5. Liability and Insurance

While we strive to provide excellent service, Distrletif's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

6. Force Majeure

Distrletif is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government actions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
